    Privacy Policy

    Effective Date: May 13, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Metamise LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as MYTHIFI ("MYTHIFI", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit mythifi.com or interact with our services. Metamise LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about how your data is handled.

    01

    Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

    • Information you provide directly — name, email address, phone number, and business details submitted through booking forms, questionnaires, or contact requests.
    • Automatically collected data — IP address, browser type, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected via standard web analytics.
    • Communications — any messages, emails, or notes you send to us directly.
    02

    How We Use Your Information

    We use collected information to:

    • Schedule and conduct Pipeline Diagnosis calls and consultations.
    • Send confirmation emails, pre-call questionnaires, and follow-up communications.
    • Prepare diagnostic reports and service recommendations tailored to your business.
    • Improve our website, services, and communications over time.
    • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

    03

    CRM & Data Storage

Information you submit through booking forms and questionnaires is stored in a CRM system to facilitate our client relationship and consultation process. This data is accessible to authorized MYTHIFI personnel and to the service providers listed in Section 05, which process it on our behalf, and is used solely in connection with delivering our services to you.

    04

    Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our advertising. These fall into three groups:

Essential. Required for the site and its booking tools to function — remembering form progress, maintaining your session, and enabling the scheduling widget. The site does not work properly without these.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and move through our site: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the source that referred you. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising and measurement. We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site.

The Meta Pixel records actions taken on our site — such as viewing a page or starting a booking. It also uses a feature called Automatic Advanced Matching, which means that if you enter information into a form on our site — such as your name, email address or phone number — that information is converted into a scrambled, irreversible code (a "hash") in your browser and sent to Meta along with the event. Meta uses it to match your activity to a Facebook or Instagram account so we can measure whether our advertising worked. Meta receives the hashed version, not the plain text. See Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We may also use Meta's Conversions API, which sends the same kinds of events to Meta from our servers rather than from your browser, and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which serve the equivalent purpose across Google's advertising network. Where we use these, the categories of information involved are the same as those described above.

Your choices. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; manage how Meta uses your data at facebook.com/adpreferences; manage Google advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com; install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on; or enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supporting browser, which we honour as an opt-out request. Disabling essential cookies may prevent booking and other features from working.

Simply put: if you fill in a form on this site, assume that a scrambled version of what you entered may be shared with our advertising platforms so we can measure our marketing. If you would rather that did not happen, use the controls above, or contact us and we will handle your enquiry another way.

    05

    Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms to operate our business. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function and is governed by its own privacy policy:

    • GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — CRM, booking calendar, forms, chat widget, and email and SMS delivery. Information you submit through booking forms and questionnaires is stored here.
    • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 for website analytics, Google Workspace for business email, and Google Ads for advertising measurement and remarketing where used.
    • Meta Platforms, Inc. — the Meta Pixel and related advertising tools, for measurement, audience building, and advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
    • Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery and site security.

These providers act as service providers or processors on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

    06

    Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. In practice: enquiry and booking records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to three (3) years afterwards; client engagement records are retained for seven (7) years to meet tax and business-record obligations; and website analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider. We may retain information longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If you would like your data removed from our systems, please contact us directly and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

    07

    Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
    • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
    • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the information listed in Section 11.

    08

    California Residents

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising technologies — including the Meta Pixel and its Advanced Matching feature — may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. California residents have the right to opt out of such sharing.

To opt out, you may disable cookies in your browser, enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, use the platform controls listed above, or contact us at arc@mythifi.com and we will honour your request.

You also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact arc@mythifi.com.

    09

    Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

    10

    Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date whenever we do. For material changes to how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will post notice on this page before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

    11

    Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number, we may send you text messages relating to your enquiry, booking, or the services you have asked about, and — where you have consented — marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email, and does not affect messages necessary to complete a booking you have already made.

    12

    Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, and we require our service providers to do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
